Cottages
Perfect for small groups and families! Whether you are looking for spiritual renewal or home base for an outdoor adventure, Loucon’s cottages offer comfortable night’s sleep, living space, and a full kitchen.
Cabin Areas
Perfect for large groups looking for a traditional camp feel! The Robb, Orchard, and Settle Village areas each have 10 cabins (12 bunks each), a bathhouse, a meeting lodge—not to mention a fire pit for s’mores and gaga pits for the kids.

Not at all! Camp Loucon welcomes both day groups and overnight retreats. Whether you're planning a one-day meeting, team-building event, school field trip, or a weekend retreat, we'll help you create a schedule that fits your group.

No. Groups staying in our lodges are welcome to bring their own food and use the provided kitchen facilities. You can also choose our meal service and let our dining team handle the cooking, or combine the two depending on your schedule.

Most retreat lodging does not include linens. Guests should plan to bring their own sheets, blankets or sleeping bag, pillows, and towels unless otherwise noted. If your lodging includes linens, we'll let you know during the booking process.

Yes! Wi-Fi is available in most meeting spaces and lodging facilities. While service is generally reliable, we encourage groups to unplug and enjoy the natural surroundings during their stay.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring and fall weekends, which fill quickly. Some groups reserve a year or more in advance, but we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute availability.

Yes! Kentucky United Methodist churches and organizations receive discounted retreat rates. If you're affiliated with the United Methodist Church, let us know when requesting a quote so we can apply the appropriate pricing.

Most meeting spaces include TVs or projectors with HDMI connections, along with basic presentation equipment. Additional equipment may be available upon request. Let us know what you'll need, and we'll do our best to have everything ready before your arrival.
