    With cabins surrounding a central gathering space, the Orchard Cabin Area encourages connection while providing convenient access to meeting and dining facilities.

    Orchard Lodge

    Orchard Lodge provides a warm, welcoming space for meetings, meals, and group activities.

    • Seats up to 28 guests with tables

    • Seats up to 35 guests in a chairs-only arrangement

    The table configuration creates a comfortable, intimate atmosphere. Groups expecting more than 28 guests are encouraged to contact us to discuss the best setup or alternative meeting spaces.

    The Robb Cabin Area combines the classic camp experience with a spacious, flexible meeting facility. Cabins are centered around Robb Lodge, making it easy for groups to gather for worship, meals, games, and meetings while enjoying the natural beauty of Camp Loucon.

    This area is a great choice for youth retreats, church groups, leadership weekends, and outdoor education programs.

    Robb Lodge

    Robb Lodge offers versatile meeting space that can be arranged to fit a variety of events and group sizes.

    • Seats up to 56 guests with eight round tables

    • Accommodates up to 70 guests in a chairs-only arrangement

    • Seats up to 200 guests in an auditorium-style setup

    If your event requires table seating for more than 56 guests, please contact us to discuss additional setup options and alternative meeting spaces.

    Settle Memorial Village offers a traditional camp setting designed for groups that enjoy cabin-style lodging and shared community spaces. With multiple cabins available for reservation, the village is ideal for youth retreats, church camps, family reunions, and outdoor education programs.

    Guests enjoy convenient access to New Song Lodge for indoor gatherings and Rau Pavilion for outdoor meals, worship, and activities.

    New Song Lodge

    New Song Lodge provides a comfortable space for meetings, workshops, and small group gatherings.

    • Accommodates 30–40 guests in a chairs-only setup

    • Ideal for worship, teaching sessions, meetings, and group activities

    For groups larger than 30, please contact us to discuss additional meeting options. During the warmer months, the nearby Rau Pavilion offers an excellent outdoor gathering space for larger groups.
