Loucon is committed to creating experiences where people can grow in their relationship with Christ. Worship, small groups, prayer, devotionals, teaching, and intentional Christian programming are woven throughout our camp and retreat experiences.

A Ministry That Values Accessibility
We want finances to be as little of a barrier as possible. Loucon offers scholarships and flexible payment options to help make camp accessible to families who might otherwise be unable to participate. We also offer discounts to all UMC churches and organizations during retreat season.
Ways Your Church Can Partner
Summer Camp Registration for Churches
We want registration to be simple for your church and your families.
1. Families Register
Parents or guardians register their children directly. This allows Loucon to receive required permission and medical information directly from the child's parent or guardian.
2. Churches Can Provide Financial Assistance
Your church can provide scholarships or financial assistance directly to families, or your church can pay Loucon on a camper's behalf.
Church-specific registration codes are available upon request.
3. Payment
Payment is due seven days before the camper's session begins unless the family is using one of Loucon's payment plans.
4. Additional Loucon Scholarships
Students receiving financial assistance from their church may still apply for Loucon scholarships.
Loucon scholarship applications must be submitted before registering for camp.
Your Church's Loucon Ambassador
Every church can benefit from having a trusted person who serves as a connection between the church and Camp Loucon.
Your Ambassador might be a youth pastor, children's director, ministry leader, volunteer, parent, or another trusted member of your church.
What Does an Ambassador Do?
CONNECT
Introduce Loucon to people, families, churches, and organizations.
COMMUNICATE
Share Loucon stories, programs, registration information, deadlines, and opportunities with your church.
HOST
Help organize church visits, gatherings, and opportunities for people to experience Loucon.
LISTEN
Share feedback, ideas, needs, and insights from your church community with Loucon.
INVITE
Encourage people to participate in camp, retreats, volunteering, staffing, service, events, and other Loucon opportunities.
Ambassadors aren't fundraisers. Their primary role is to help build awareness, participation, and a strong relationship between their church and Camp Loucon.

Summer
