  • Ear plugs (great if you have a roommate who snores)

  • Hand wipes

  • Personal medications

  • Small toiletry bag (easy to grab for bathhouse trips)

Clothing

  • Comfortable everyday clothes

  • Cozy/warm layers (evenings can be cool)

  • Running shoes or sturdy walking shoes (for exploring or activities)

  • Closed-toed shoes (required for adventure activities)

  • Lightweight raincoat or poncho

  • Sleepwear

  • Extra socks

Outdoor & Adventure Gear

  • Water bottle

  • Sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat)
